IRREGULAR MENS PROBLEM

Hi po mga mommies? advise naman po jan. magkakaanak pa po ba ako khit irregular po ako? ang totoo po dati 4years po ako hndi dnadatnan. then nung ngstart ako April 3 uminom ng diet pills and diet exercise ganun. nabawasan po ako nramdaman ko din nmn po. then after that April 10 nagkaron po ako ng mens kaso maitim pero in the other day April 11 naging okay naman na po sya till now. ano po ba pwede kong gawin para maPREGGY po? hndi ko din kse alam kng may chance pa po kming mkabuo po.
