Fruits for a 9months baby

Please what kind of fruit is good for my baby at 9 months? I also noticed that his faeces is very strong and comes out like tiny stones, sometimes laced with mucus. Also my baby lost some weight from 11kg to 10.8kg, is it normal. #1stimemom. What can be done? plsea

Contracting pains

Hello everyone, I'm currently in my 19weeks approaching 20weeks in few days. Last night I noticed I couldn't sleep due to a contracting pain on the left leg side from my hip joint join to my knee. My MIL said it's normal that my baby could be resting there and would readjust. How true is this and What could be the cause?
