Sino po dito ang mga mommies na exclusively pumping?

Hello po I’m a first time mom and mag eend na po ang mat leave ko by feb 27 and exclusively bf po ako. Paano po kayo nagmemaintain ng gatas niyo? Thanks po sa mga sasagot #breastfeed

Pump ka po habang nasa work every 2-3hrs po kasi once na itigil mo siya hihina milk mo then EBF sa gabi. Maintain mo lang supplements/foods pampagatas

Brain bleeds in babies

Hi mga mommies. I’m a first time mom and sobrang worried po ako sa baby ko kase everytime buhat namin si baby or pinapaburp lagi po niyang iniikot yung ulo niya at inuumpog. Pwedi po bang magcause ng internal bleeding sa brain niya yun? Thank you po sa mga sasagot
