Its different this time

My boobs are swollen and its painful??? it is normal? . I dont feel this way on my first pregnancy before ! Well on my first pregnancy my boobs starts to develop those milk on my thirdtrimester! Well now im only 8 weeks pregnant ! Help ☹️
