Telling twin babies apart

I'm expecting twins girls and I'm worried I won't be able to tell them apart after I bring them home. Is there a good way to tell them apart? Is it safe for newborn to wear jewellery, such as bangles or ankles? If so, what materials are safe?

Most identical twins still have some slight distinct differences that, actually, their mummies would be able to tell them apart the best 😊 But if you do choose to put something on, cotton is probably the safest material? They may have sensitive skin to some metals, and may also scratch themselves or press it against their face/suck on it later on (after 3 months). Trust your mummy instinct though.. I really think that you’ll be able to tell them apart the best out of everyone:)
