confused mom here

hi mommies tanong lang po. sabi po kasi saken kung saan po ako nagpapa check up around 12weeks na daw po yung baby ko pero nung nagpa ultrasound ako sabi sa ultrasound 7weeks and 5 days palang sya. may dapat po ba akong ikabahala? Salamat in advance. ?
