swelling above labia Majora in new born 20 days old

Papa was crying suddenly without any fuss. While checking the diaper I found she was having swelling above labia Majora in the inguineal region. Since I wanted to wash the area with warm water. I kept the warm cotton upon it .and it got subsided Some yellow fluid flushed out too and was adourless . I don't know from vagina or anus. The swelling has subsided now and she is sleeping. No fever. She passes urine and motion well and takes feed well as well. This had happened twice.
