Baby refuse to sleep at night

My baby is 1 months old. Before she used to sleep after feeding (2hrly) now even after feeds she refuse to sleep.. Especially at night. Day time is fine. She still sleeps. Any idea why she refuse to sleep at night?

At this age, they don’t know what day time and night time is. You can start teaching your baby. During the day, keep everything bright, talk to your baby while feeding, interact a lot with your baby. At night, keep things dark. Minimal engagement in terms of talking to your LO. Swaddle baby well and carry/rock/pat baby. During the day, don’t let baby nap past 4 hours. Do tummy time. Gradually baby will learn that she’s supposed to sleep at night and play in the day.

My baby is 13 days old. Yesterday after feeding she spit out some and I notice phlegm. This morning also.. Any idea why she's having phlegm and What can I do to clear it. Currently baby on full formula.

Is baby diary intolerance? Can check as cow milk can add to phlegm
