HB LOW

Hi semua, tadi baru pegi checkup. Dah masuk 6 months tiba2 HB LOW. Any tips mcm mana nak naikkan HB back to normal? 2 more weeks ada check up balik dr nak pantau. Any idea mommies? ☺️
