Menstrual Cycle

Hi mummies! I’d like to ask. I gave birth to a still birth baby at 18 weeks a mth ago. My post partum bleeding stopped after 2 weeks of giving birth. Then, 2 weeks later i am having my menses. Is this normal? I do have menstrual cramps but this time round its different. The pain i felt was like the contraction cramps. Is it normal? Have any mummies experienced this before? Should i consult the doctor on this?

    Pregnancy Multivitamins

Hi! I was pregnant, however lost my lil one at 18 weeks a mth ago. Anyway, i’d like to just check. I had bought Blacksmores Pregnancy Multivitamins (Advanced). Did not manage to finish it up while i was pregnant. Can i still continue consuming it? Or should i stop and start consuming when im pregnant again? It expires in 2023 btw. Thank you in advance for your opinions!

I’m sorry for your loss. Stay strong. Recommendation is to consume if you’re intending to conceive again, as the multivitamins would do the foetus good in the event you conceive but is unaware of it.
