Batuk semasa hamil 11 week

Salam nak tanya sekrang saya dah berapa hari batuk dua hari ni sampi tido pun ayam2 mcmane ye nk atasi saya dah jumpe doc mkn ubat doc bagi pada waktu mlm .. cumanya batuk kahak Hijau tu Masih ada plus selsema saya pregnat 11 week ..

    Elakkan dulu makanan bergula, pedas dan berminyak. Minum air kosong secukupnya. Ambil sayur serat da n buah tinggi vitamin C. Pergi jalan2 ambil udara segar di Taman awam/ pantai.
