My OB prescribed me with pampakapit 2x a day for 2 months. Ang mahal at everytime nag tatake ako ng pampakapit na tablet, iba effect, para akong naka lutang tapos sobrang nakakahilo. Normal po ba to na effect?

6 Weeks Preggy Vs. Milktea

Lage po ako nag mimilktea noong hindi pa ako preggy, pero ngayon kinokontrol ko na kasi baka hindi siya good for the baby. Imbes na everyday, twice or thrice a week na lang. Ok lang kaya yun?
