Kerisauan

Hai mommies, Sy ada sedikit kerisauan dalam hati, sy skrg hamil anak pertama, tp waktu trims 1st sy selalu terskip mkn acid folic sbb lupa, apakah ada apa2 effect yg fatal untuk baby, skrg kandungan dah 5bulan,sy perlu buat scan full detail ke ya untuk lihat apakah baby baik2 shj ?
