MATERNITY LEAVE

Hello mommies. I need your advices po sana. I'm a working mom, currently 7 months and 2 weeks pregnant. Hindi po kami WFH kaya travel to and from work ako. Medyo mahirap na talaga maglakad and gumalaw galaw and most especially magtravel. Pwede na kaya ako magrequest ng early maternity leave sa employer ko and mgrequest sa ob? September 15 pa kasi orignally start date ng maternity leave ko kaso parang mahirap na talaga gumalaw at mgwork. #pregnancy #advicepls #pleasehelp

Ganito po ang ginawa ko noong ako ay nagbuntis. Maaaring magbigay ng abiso ang OB Gyne mo na kinakailangan mo ng pahinga hanggang sa ikaw ay manganak. Ngunit hindi ko sigurado ang tungkol sa policy ng iyong kumpaniya kung ikaw ay magkakaroon ng sweldo sa panahon ng iyong pagliban.

Ano pong difference ng panganganak sa lying in at hospital?

I have a very bad morning sickness and it kinda affects me on a daily basis. Any suggestions as to how to relieve this? #1sttrimestersickness

Based on what I remember nung student nurse pa po ako nun.. Normal deliveries lang po ang kinecater po ng lying in.. If may complications po sa delivery ng baby at kailangan po kayo maCS.. Irerefer po kayo sa nearest na ospital po😊 With regarding po sa morning sickness.. Try to drink cold water.. Or chew on ice chips.. Nakakawala po talaga yun ng feeling nausea😊
