Hirap makatulog

Hello mga mommies, 2mos preggy here, nagwowork as call center agent pero wfh, naka experience dn b kayo na hirap makatulog or un sbrang babaw ng tulog? Nagaalala n kc ako bk mksma ky baby.. mag one week n dn akong gnto.. after work khit galing night shift nde ako mkgwa ng mgnda tulog e.

same here..working night shift.. my doctor gave an ok to use melatonin 3mg ... ask your doctor or advise nrin to be safe ...
