Naik Betis Pada Ibu Hamil

Hai bun, saat ini saya hamil usia 24 minggu. Sejak usia 20 minggu saya sering banget tiap subuh kaki keram alias naik betis / tikus-tikus ? sakitnyaa mintaa ampun. Bunda2 ada tips untuk membantu?
