Pwede po ba ko uminom ng cold water or drinks while breastfeeding?

Sabi kasi nila mababawasan daw ung production ng breastmilk ko kapag uminom or nag-intake daw ako ng malamig. Nagccrave pa naman ako sa ice cream at shakes 😅

    Hindi po totoo. Walang bawal na pagkain sa breasfeeding mom. Just keep yourself healthy and well-hydrated ☺️
