Constipation

Hello guys, my baby boy turned 2 months yesterday and I think he's constipated. Whenever he's awake all he does is cry and turns red. He doesn't want to eat when I feed him he cries and he hasn't pooped today at all. What can I do. He is asleep now and he didn't eat I'm so worried.

am I hurting the baby?

Hey guys, I am in my second trimester. I have realised that whenever I eat something in the morning that is 'bad' I vomit. For instance, I made eggs and they burnt a little and I still ate them then I vomited. This morning I ate like 2 cookies before breakfast and I vomited. Am I hurting the baby? What's going on?
