Good evening i am 2 months preggy tomorrow, pero wala pa po akong check up kahit isang beses due to lockdown.Any tips naman po ng mga pwede kong gawin while ndi pa nachecheck up even once. Thank you so much po! ?

kumain po kayo nang masusustansyang pagkain. damihan ang gulay at prutas. uminom nang maraming tubig at gatas. magpahinga po. wag magbubuhat nang mabibigat. then kung makaka-access kayo ng vitamins from the center or botika, folic acid and iron (minsan magkasama sa isang vitamins ito) ang recommended.
