Kawal stress di tempat kerja? Effect baby dlm perut?

Hi Mommies, Boleh share tips nak kawal stress di tempat kerja? Sy skrg pregnant 6-8 weeks, last scan dua minggu lps tapi doctor tak nampak apa2 lg and sy ada bleeding smpai skrg. Doctor suruh datang balik dlm hujung minggu ni utk check either sy miscarriages or not. Condition sy mula2 blood spotting then kuar darah mcm period. Sy perasan bila sy penat atau stress, darah akan keluar dgn bnyak. Stress ni actually akan effect development baby dlm perut ke? Jd mcm mana ye nk kawal diri daripada stress? Kdg2 sy menyesal kenapa la bljr engineering dulu, sbb bila kerja dlm engineering ni stress dia tk boleh bawak bincang ?
