Early pregnancy : abdominal pain

I am at 9weeks from my LMP. My ultrasound yesterday show my baby at 7weeks with heart beat. I experienced one time bleeding spot 7days ago. I also get abdominal pain every night spread to my thighs. it usually happened with breast sore. Anyone experiencing the same. is it normal or threatening miscarriage?

Weight loss during 1st trimester

I'm 31. This is my first time pregnant. I am at week 8 from LMP. I wonder is it normal for losing weight during 1st trimester? At first, I noticed increasing weight gradually but for these days, my weight up and down from 47.2 to 47.7kg. today my weight drop fro 47.2 to 46.7kg. pls share if u got same experience or not? thanks
