bagaimana cara menghilangkan insomnia di awal kehamilan

Bagaimana caranya menghilangkan susah tidur di minggu2 awal kehamilan??? Saya sering terjaga sekitar pukul 2-3 pagi. Sekitar 1 jam lebih baru bisa tidur lagi. Sebelum hamil tidak pernah begitu. Mohon bantuannya. Yerima kasih

    Sebelum tidur rendam kaki paje air hangat bunda, dan minum susu hangat bismillah semoga cocok dan bisa membantu
