Air kosong

Hi mommies! Nak tanya tips la.. skrg sy baru 10w. Sebelum pregnant, senang je minum air kosong takda masalah lansung tp lepas mengandung ni bila minum air kosong je rasa mual dan nak muntah. Normal ke? Atau ada tak sesiapa ada masalah ni? Boleh share tips utk overcome tak.. sb baru je beberapa hari lepas kena urine infection sebab kurang minum air. ☹️#pleasehelp #firstmom
