Sunflower lecethin supplement for increased milk flow.

Hi, I want to start taking sunflower lecethin for my plugged ducts and to increase my milk supply. My baby is 7 weeks old and is breastfed. Is it safe to take these supplements ? Is there any side effects ? I’m exclusively breastfeeding my baby.

Safe. I have been taking sunflower lecithin since the start of my bf journey. No side effects.
