things to wear...

My colleagues told me I should always wear a vest underneath my clothes to protect the unborn baby's head from cold as they facing down... I really didn't know and I'm at 32 weeks already, how dangerous or true is this? Cause at the moment I feel the heat more this days i don't even wear pajamas at night
