my baby hates the cot too! i let him sleep in my arms first, and when he is in deep sleep, transfer to the cot.

My baby just turned one month old recently. Hasnt been pooing for 5days. Anyone has any idea if baby has constipation? Is this normal or something I should be worried about? How to make the baby poo? Need to bring baby to doctor?

      Nanny Chinese New Year Angbao

Currently at my confinement period and tomorrow is Chinese New Year. I have engaged a nanny from an agency. Anyone has any idea how much to give for Chinese New Year Angbao? Able to give a range? This is not the first day or last day angbao. Its an additional angbao for her.

I would say a minimum of $100 though I would also say you should give what you can - it’s the gesture that counts. I’m sure she’ll understand.
