My question is that my pubic is always painful even now i find it hard to move to get off my bed in the mornings its a problem its like my bones are being crashed is my baby engaged?plz help

Hi... It’s called symphysis pubic dysfunction, and yes, it’s absolutely terrible 😭 When it got really bad I had to take panadol sometimes. It was so hard to work too.
