I am in week 35 and doctor suggests I might need epistotomy. What do i do to prevent this, even as the D Day approaches?

          A good thing to help you ease your back pain is to have your partner or husband do a gentle massage on your back before you sleep. Trust me, it will greatly like help to ease that pain. Also, don't try to carry heavy objects so that you won't be putting too much pressure on your back when you lift things.😘
