Minum air gula

Assalamualaikum semua.. mcm mana pengalaman yg lain minum air gula ye. Sy bangun pagi mesti kene makan sbb kepala mcm kene angin. Nk minum air gula perlu Puasa Kan. Takut sgt berpeluh2 tahan lapar pagi Tu.
