minum susu

Saya da 5weeks... Da start kne mnum susu utk ibu mgandung ke? Susu ape yg bgus ye? 1st pregnancy ni.. Xde pglman lg ?

    Sy pernah try minum susu anmum, tp stakat sekali dua je, lepas tu dh xboleh go on dgn susu tu..rasa kembang dekat tekak, pastu sy try susu HL pulak....haaa yg ni sedap...sy xminum hari2, tp dlm seminggu tu ada juga minum susu time preggy.
