Masalah hb rendah

Hai mommy’s..boleh sahre tak cara nk maintain hb semasa pregnant dan rutin harian pemakanan yg betul?

    Saya bila terjaga dari tidur pagi2 tu terus makan obimin masa perut kosong.. lepastu gap sejam baru sarapan.. makan buah jambu batu,oren,epal, minum air sunquick kosong and tak minum kopi teh.. alhamdulillah dah 28w hb still maintain last checkup haritu hb 12.6
