Hi.. Im 12 weeks into my pregnancy and im always bloated. What can i do or eat to help this. I cant take the pain anymore

Take small and frequent meals. Consume more on Fiber foods. Prune, banana, vege , fish , chicken etc Sit up straight while sitting down. You can drink Lemon water after meals. & Drink plenty of water. Avoid cold fizzy drinks : carbonated water, a sweetener / syrup. Avoid too spicy or oily / fried food ( you can eat but in moderation) Hope it helps!
