Hello po parents, married po ako pero declared single pa din po sa sss, wala po ako intention to use my husband's last name po kasi. Question 1 is pwede po ba mag update ng marital status lang po without changing the last name? Question 2 is kailangan po ba talaga mag update ng marital status? (need daw po sa live birth certificate ng baby) thank you po

ay nope Po automatic na Po Yun pupuntahan dpat s branch ng SSS then mag change ng status pati surname ni hubby automatic na.. dalhin niyo Po Yung marriage certificate niyo
