How do you guys treat baby rash? He's 1 month and 7 days old

What type of rash, which part? Probably can try switching to a gentler body wash and dress them in loose clothes

can i hold my sisters 8 month old baby while 37 weeks?

I think it’s alright for a short while if you can handle it. I carried my 3yo daughter (13.5kg) sometimes when I was heavily pregnant.
