Hi mommies, I am in my 11th week of pregnancy and from last few days experiencing sudden and sharp pain on hips... It lasts long and starts mostly when I am standing and working for some time... Please let me know if it is normal and what precautions and at home treatment can be done for the same... thank you and much love ?

Plain milk or pregnancy milk?

Hi mommies, I am in my first trimester and want to know whether it is good to hve plain milk or should I be using any pregnancy milk solution with it? If the later is better then can you please suggest healthy options which do not contain added sugar to avoid the risk of Gestational Diabetes? Thank you, much love ?
