Hi nak tanya kenapa ye baby kerap mengeras n sentiasa sakit kat ulu hati plzz

    Mmg mcmtu... Yg mengeras2 tu pcartice contraction (braxton hicks). Pedih ulu hati tu sbb bby mkin besar mkin mnghimpit perut2 dan organ lain dan gas pun naik.. Perlu isi perut klu nak bg hilang. Mkn roti minum susu. Atau cra sya sya akn mkn chewing gum. Klu malas nak pg dapur...😅
