Negative but miss period almost 3months

Hello guys.. I just want to ask perna ka kmu lalui mcm saya ni..last period regular juga.. tpi because of MCO saya tak perasan almost 3 months suda saya tidak datang.. so I decide to check skrang d rumah je and it's negative..huhh..tkut plak saya mau kluar p check doctor.. any suggest?
