Itchiness with rash

Hi mga Mommies Im having my first baby and now on my 38 weeks. Just suddenly 3 days ago nagigising aq sa madaling araw na ang kati ng tummy q at likod. Until now hindi aq makatulog ng maayos dahil sa kati at nag papantal. Meron po ba nakaranas nito? Is this normal? Thank u in advance for advises and comments.

eating vegetables

Hi Im 6 weeks pregnant. So My worries are, yesterday I ate a small amount of ampalaya and talong kasi yung ulam ko is pinakbet. Then I also have tinola hindi aq sure kung papaya ba yung halo nun I ate 3 slices ata. When I search it online hindi maganda yung 3 vegetable foods na yan for the baby. Sino po d2 nakakain nun during pregnancy and the baby is still well? Im so worried na kc hindi q nmn alam since this is my first baby. Thank you for ur messages in advance.
