bun , mau nanya dong ..kalau hamil pertama masih muda baru masuk 3 bulan jalan 4 ..boleh gak berenang di tempat umum nya sperti hobi2 ... ?berpengaruh gak sm kesehatan kita dan bayi jika terkena air kolam nya...

    Berenang di kolam renang umum tidak diperbolehkan, karena akan banyak non mahram yang melihat bun, apalagi ketika baju yang dipakai ketat saat terkena air.

    bolehkah bumil makan terong

    bun . aku mau tanya kalau hamil pertama dan hamilnya masih muda...boleh ga makan terong ... misal di cabein atau di apain

      Terong mengandung zat yg bs memicu kontraksi bun. Saya hindari dulu wkt itu terlanjur makan 3 potong

        coba makan pisang ato apel ato buah2an bun... sy jg gt d awal kehamilan... akhirnya d banyakin makan buah aja, yg penting makan...
