Poop problem

Hi mga mima, ano pobang dpat kong gawin. hirap si baby sa pag dumi, dahil sa sobrang tigas. Sabi lang ni pdea i change ang milk. then receta lang sya ng suppository, Ilang beses na narin kming pa palit palit ng milk pero ganun parin poop ni baby, 😓
