Checklist for Hospital Bag

mga damit ni baby for 3 days worth. receiving blankets x3. diapers (for baby, madami as in). baby bottles in case wala kang gatas like me (huhu). diaper (for you pwede din maternity pads).

29weeks Pregnant, Can I start to do walking/exercise? Baby position is still on Breech.

What exercise po? Any advice about breech position?

Safe po mag-walking at light stretching sa stage nyo, pero kung breech pa si baby, maganda pong subukan ang mga gentle movements tulad ng spinning babies exercises. Siguraduhing nakausap si OB para sa tamang gabay at pag-iwas sa anumang komplikasyon. 💖
