stressed and I'm 5mos preggy

hi mummies, ask ko lang po .. may magiging complications po ba sa baby paglaging stress at umiiyak ako? for the last 5mos sobrang stress ako.. natakot ako nung nalaman ko may affect pala kay baby yun. gusto kong maging normal si baby.. help po

Hi Po, stress isn’t good for your baby, so you should try your best to relax and get to a healthy state of mind. Try Po ninyo Yung mga guided meditations for relaxation sa youtube, gumagana siya for me :)
