Irregular po ako pero nabuntis ako kagad ,Ang ginawa ko po Everytime na mtapos kmi mag "do" is hihiga ako then tinaas ko po paa ko and nilagyan ng unan balakang ko, mga 10 to 15 mins. For me it worked po ung gnto sis.
