40 weeks pregnant

Hi mummies! I am close to 40 weeks but hasn’t had any labour pain. Anyone else experienced this feeling? I am worried as hell. I gave birth to my first at 38 weeks!

Perineum Massage

How effective is perineum massage. I’m trying for VBAC but dr advice to do a schedule C-section after doing the vaginal exam. Says my pelvic too narrow. Has anyone successfully tried perineum massage?

Similac Mum

How does Similac mum( strawberry yogurt) taste like? Does it have the same taste like milk or yogurt? I don't drink milk so I'm afraid to try.
