Wounds and scars

Hi momsies, ask ko lang po if ano yung nilalagay niyo na cream for scars and wounds sa toddlers niyo? Mine is madalas siyang kinakagat nang mga ants at bed bugs tas pag nangangati kinakamot niya lagi kaya nag susugat. What worries mi dumadami yunh scars sa binti niya. Any recos po?
