Any advise po about ano yung procedure or proper na pag pump ng milk or when mag pump and how to store yung bf milk . First time ko po mag pump babalik work ako this October na. Please advise thank u

Bili po kayo electric pump and pouch storage. Make sure po before pumping linisin ang breast. Then after pumping po lagay nyo na sa pouch storage. Lagyan nyo rin po ng date and time. Deretso freezer nyo po. Then kung ano ang unang nyong pinunp yung din una nyong ibibigay kay bby.
