hi mommies. ask ko lang po kaninang morning kasi nag spotting ako and im bit worried bakit nag spotting ako. i'm in my 1st trimester and first pregnancy ko ito. ano po ibig sabihin nito? thank you

Ur just fine, nothing to worry about. Pero kung pumula at dumami yung spoting better see ur doctor imediately. Don't stress ur self, no heavy liftings and pahinga ka lng ng mabuti 🤰
