3-month old sudden poop frequency change

Hello po, breastfeeding mom here. Normal lang po ba na biglang magbago frequency ng poop ni baby? For the past month, every after 5-8 days bago sya magpoop. Then suddenly, naging after every 4 hours na. Masigla pa rin naman siya dumede and still yellowish with seeds yung poop niya. Normal lang po ba yun? Nabigyan siya ng Rotarix last week, and not sure if related ba sa situation niya ngayon.
