Pregnancy after new born

Hi mumshies. My baby is turning 5 months next week, 8 months old baby sya. 34 weeks ko siya inilabas. Delivery date ko is last Nov15,2019. Then until January, nagkakaspotting ako. Then January last week nawala na rin siguro. Then February I dont know if menstruation na,or pahabol lang. Sa isang buong araw siguro dalawang pads lang nagamit ko. Then march first week same scenario. I dont know if its menstruation or pahabol pa rin. Then buong march second week upto now, pagnag memake love kami ni hubby. Sa loob lang. Will there be a chance to get me pregnant? Or hindi naman?
