Pregnant or not?

Last mens ko ay Dec 17. Ayon sa calendar dapat Jan 20 ay magkakaron na ko. Pero wala pa rin ako mens until now. Sumasakit balakang ko at paminsan ay nahihilo. Mejo sumasakit din puson ko na parang magkakaron. Nag pt ako kaninang madaling araw pero negative ang result. Am i pregnant? Or not?

gestational diabetes at 4months

sino po nagkaron dito ng gestational diabetes? nasa 4th month palang ako ng pagbubuntis at tinest yung sugar ko. from normal values na 130, nasa 140.4 ako ? naiistress ako. hindi ko na alam pano gagawin ? papagalitan na naman ako ng ob ko next week. help ???

vitamin D

Im 8 weeks preggy. Can i take Fern D para dun sa vit D? Wala nirecommend OB ko. Folic acid lang pero I would like to know kung pwede rin ba ko mag take ng Fern D? Thanks
